In Peak season only the entire house is available for rent with a minimum stay of 7 Nights. Room rate above is for a Double room incl. Breakfast. A surcharge of £US 30 applies for the Master Bedroom.

Breakfast: Included in the standard price.

Lunch & Dinner:

Staff will be happy prepare Lunch or Dinner from our menu for you. Alternatively you are welcome to cater for yourself.

Children's policy:

Children are welcome. For children sharing a room with parents. A cot or extra bed is available, to avoid disappointment this needs to be arranged at time of booking.

Deposit policy:

To confirm booking and to guarantee reservation a 50% deposit needs to be paid by bank transfer. The balance is to be paid 5 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation policy:

For all cancellations, 20% of the deposit is non-refundable.

50% deposit is non-refundable unless a replacement booking is found.

In the event of premature departure the full rental fee as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.

We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
